Annemarie provides a thorough assessment of the problem and offers sound solutions to the problem. Furthermore,Annemarie encourages individuals to learn about their “core” self and how to achieve their life goals.

Marital Therapy

Annemarie provides Marital therapy to support and coach couples in learning about their individual selves with in the couple dyad. Annemarie facilitates couples to visit their individual pasts patterns of behavior, and link the behavior to the presenting problem in the couple therapy. With verbal support, feedback, role play and other “homework assignments” Annemarie encourages couples to find the deep love and respect they desire.

Annemarie provides ego supportive and cognitive therapy. She uses therapeutic strategies from Harville Hendrix, Imago therapy, meaning “Image.” Annemarie also provides therapeutic strategies from Murray Bowen and “Family of Origin.”

Annemarie provides wellness seminars to individuals seeking to enhance their personal and professional self. Annemarie is a dynamic speaker who motivates individuals to create positive and productive change.

LCSW Clinical Supervision

LCSW Clinical Supervision is an essential component of the training and ongoing professional development of therapists. It provides a space for therapists to reflect on their work, receive feedback, and develop new skills. Also, it allows a clinician to work towards gaining their LCSW licensure in NJ, PA and NY.

Stress Management

Many people experience stress but do not know the mental or physical consequences that stress can have on the mind and body. This workshop will focus on understanding stress vs. stressors, physical and mental stressors and their consequences, signs of negative stress, and techniques to manage stress.

This workshop will educate supervisors in leadership skills such as demonstrating and supporting employees to adhere to workplace boundaries, effective communication, time management and dealing with difficult personalities.
