Fee Schedule:
55 minute sessions include 45 minutes for mental health counseling and 10 minutes to summarize the session and planning.
115.00 per session (Individual)
125.00 per session (Couple)
135.00 per session (Family)
Workshop Facilitator and Consultant/Coach: Fee to be discussed
Annemarie will also provide a sliding fee scale upon discretion of the individual’s financial situation.
Payment of Fees:
All charges are due the day of service and payable by cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, Square Invoice, and all credit cards.
Medical Insurance:
I am out of the network with all insurances. I can provide a Superbill for you to receive possible reimbursement through your out of network insurance benefit. My payment is expected from you directly.
Cancellations:
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give 24 hours notice otherwise you will be charged for the time that was reserved for you. You can call or text my cell; 856-278-3030. You may also email me this information; acristino63@verizon.net. If you are late for your scheduled appointment, you will be seen for the remainder of your reserved time.
